At Luxe Talent, an international consulting company specializing in recruitment and training for the fashion, luxury, retail, and FMCG sectors, we are seeking an experienced Supervisor for a menswear luxury brand, to join the team of their London based boutique.
Responsibilities:
- Provide full support to the sales team on the shopfloor
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including VIPs and regular clients, offering tailored styling advice
- Plan and execute team trainings on client management and sales technique
- Work closely with the store manager and assistant store manager to drive sales and optimise business strategies
- Demonstrate strong leadership skills by setting the example
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar role within the luxury retail sector or a similar high-end industry
- Strong understanding of tailoring, fabrics, fits, and styling for menswear
- Strong focus on relationship-building, personal shopping, and after-sales service to foster long-term loyalty
- Eperience in managing a portfolio of regular clients and acquiring new clients
- Strong leadership skills with an entrepreneurial attitude
The offer:
- Annual salary up to €43.000,00
