At Luxe Talent, an international consulting company specializing in recruitment and training for the fashion, luxury, retail, and FMCG sectors, we are seeking an experienced Sales Assistant on behalf of one of our clients, a fast growing fashion brand, for their department store in London, Harrods.
Responsibilities:
- Provide an exceptional customer experience and exceed customer expectations at every opportunity
- Demonstrate and reflect the luxury brand image through the service you provide with a positive and professional attitude
- You will respond to all customer queries and issues in a professional, effective and timely manner
- Build and maintain quality relationships with customers, resulting in strong sales performance
- Ensure brand loyalty by developing these relationships through personal interaction and active customer loyalty
- Drive CRM at your location and maintain the customer database
- Demonstrate an excellent product knowledge, delivering the best shopping experience to customers
- As a proactive member of the team, working closely with the rest of the team creating a positive work environment
Requirements:
- Have the Harrods Store Approval is a plus
- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role within fashion/footwear categories, able to work in a fast pace environment
- Strong clientelling skills
- Ability to create an authentic warm welcome for all customers
- Strong brand awareness and ability to protect business strategy and plans and maintain confidential business information where necessary
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) and strong interpersonal skills. Ability to build strong, authentic relationships with customers
- Proactiveness and motivation to grow within the business
- Any other language proficiency besides english, would be highly appreciated
- Effective time management skills
The offer:
- Annual gross salary: 30,000 £ – 35,000 £
- Monthly bonus based on target achievement
- Additional benefits.
