At Luxe Talent, an international consulting company specializing in recruitment and training for the fashion, luxury, retail, and FMCG sectors, we are seeking an experienced Sales Assistant on behalf of one of our clients, a fast-growing beauty brand, for their boutique store in London, Walton Street.
In our recruitment and training consultancy, we work with various companies in the Luxury, Premium and High Premium sectors across Europe and have offices in London, Barcelona, Madrid, Paris, Milan, Munich and Amsterdam.
Job description
Key Responsibilities
- Provide an exceptional customer experience and exceed customer expectations at every opportunity;
- Demonstrate and reflect the luxury brand image through the service you provide with a positive and professional attitude;
- Build and maintain quality relationships with customers, resulting in strong sales performance;
- Ensure brand loyalty by developing these relationships through personal interaction and active customer loyalty;
- Drive CRM at your location and maintain the customer database;
- As a proactive member of the team, collaborate in achieving shop objectives.
Requirements
- Proven experience working in the beauty or fragrances industry, within a luxury setting
- Strong customer service skills to ensure an impeccable customer experience
- Ability to establish strong customer relationships to ensure brand loyalty
- Ability to handle personal customer information with discretion
- Strong brand awareness and ability to deliver an excellent product knowledge to customers
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) and strong interpersonal skills
Offer
- Permanent, full-time contract
- Salary: £30,000 – £33,000 depending on experience
- Incentive Plan (KPI Based)
