From Luxe Talent, International Recruitment and Specialised Training Consultancy, we are looking for a Store Manager to join a Luxury Eyewear Brand based in the heart of London.
The opening will take place in February, with the option to start in January for training.
Job description
- Lead and motivate a team of sales assistants by promoting a positive work environment.
- Ensure loyalty to the brand by developing solid relationships with customers.
- Coach and train the team on selling ceremony ensuring that an excellent experience is offered at all time.
- Demonstrate an entrepreneurial spirit by proactively taking commercial initiatives to drive the business, as well as organising events to keep customer engagement.
- Develop detailed and comprehensive knowledge of all products and brand culture, to provide exceptional customer service and build sales.
- Set sales target and ensure the achievemnt of such.
- Manage the staff rotas and shifts.
- Analyse and report KPIs results to the company.
- Lead by example by being involved in all the operational tasks.
- Maintain excellent store standards to reflect the brand image.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a service driven environment, preferably within the luxury industry.
- Strong people skills.
- strong understanding of the luxury industry and customer experience.
- Strong analytical and commercial skills to drive profits.
- Excellent communication (oral and written) and strong interpersonal skills. Able to build strong, authentic relationships with clients and collaborate with team members.
- Proactive, dynamic and willing to lead by example.
- Adaptability and flexibility.
- Effective time management skills.
The offer:
- Annual gross salary: 75.000 £ – 82.000 £
