From Luxe Talent, an international recruitment and selection agency specializing in Retail, Fashion, and Luxury, is looking for a Senior Sales Consultant for a prestigious decoration brand. This position is for their boutique in Marylebone, London.
In our recruitment and training consultancy, we work with various companies in the Luxury, Premium and High Premium sectors across Europe and have offices in Barcelona, Madrid, Paris, Milan, Munich and Amsterdam.
Responsibilities
You will support the Store Manager in all aspects of their role and step in to replace them when necessary. Your daily tasks will include:
- Driving Sales: Engaging with customers, presenting merchandise, and providing tailored recommendations.
- Customer Assistance: Answering inquiries, processing transactions, coordinating product deliveries.
- Inventory & Merchandising: Managing deliveries, labeling products, maintaining stock levels, and ensuring an impeccable store presentation.
- Store Operations & Compliance: Overseeing store maintenance, safety procedures, and decorative setups.
- Administrative Tasks: Handling receipts, invoice reconciliation, and regular reporting.
- Project Management: Preparing quotes and overseeing administrative follow-ups until the final product delivery.
Requirements:
- 3 to 4 years of experience in retail, ideally within luxury or service-focused brands.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional approach.
- Enthusiastic about interior design, with a keen eye for colors and fabrics.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Ability to multitask and efficiently manage quoting, order processing, and inventory control.
- French language skills are a plus but not required.
