At Luxe Talent, an international consulting company specializing in recruitment and training for the fashion, luxury, retail, and FMCG sectors, we are seeking an experienced Senior Client Advisor for a menswear luxury brand, to join the team of their London based boutique.
Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized, high-end service to clients, ensuring an exceptional in-store experience
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including VIPs and regular clients, offering tailored styling advice
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products based on customer needs and preferences
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the brand, product lines, and seasonal trends to engage and educate clients
- Represent the brand in a manner consistent with its identity, both in-store and during external events or collaborations
- Develop a loyal client base through consistent follow-ups, invitations to exclusive events, and personalized service
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar role within the luxury retail sector or a similar high-end industry
- A strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets, with a deep understanding of sales processes and strategies in a luxury environment
- Strong understanding of tailoring, fabrics, fits, and styling for menswear
- Strong focus on relationship-building, personal shopping, and after-sales service to foster long-term loyalty
- A genuine interest in luxury fashion, accessories, or products, with an understanding of industry trends and heritage
- Understanding of inventory processes, including visual merchandising and replenishment
The offer:
- Annual gross salary: 38,000 £ – 40,000 £
- commission scheme
