We at Luxe Talent are working on behalf of a leading global direct-to-consumer (D2C) brand to recruit an E-commerce Category Growth Manager – Home Accessories for the Irish market.

This is a high-impact role for a professional eager to own and grow a strategic product category within a dynamic D2C E-commerce environment.
About the Role
As E-commerce Category Growth Manager – Home Accessories, you will own the end-to-end performance of the Home Accessories category (including pillows, duvets, and bed linen) within the Irish E-commerce business. You will define category strategy, drive revenue and margin growth, and optimise the full online customer journey.
You will work cross-functionally with marketing, product development, supply chain, and customer experience teams, while being part of a broader international E-commerce organisation with regular exposure to senior stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Own and scale the Home Accessories category in the Irish E-commerce market
- Drive sales growth, margin optimisation, and overall category performance
- Define and execute category and product portfolio strategy, including launches, assortment planning, phase-outs, and lifecycle management
- Analyse sales performance, conversion rates, pricing, margins, and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate closely with performance marketing, brand marketing, product development, supply chain, and customer service teams
- Use customer insights, market research, and competitive analysis to continuously improve category positioning and customer experience
- Lead product launches and promotional campaigns across digital channels
- Monitor E-commerce and marketplace trends, digital merchandising best practices, and customer experience developments
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, Digital Marketing, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in E-commerce, Category Management, Online Merchandising, Digital Retail, or D2C environments
- Proven ability to drive online revenue growth and manage product categories end-to-end
- Strong analytical and strategic mindset, with a customer-centric approach
- Experience working cross-functionally in fast-paced, international environments
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent in English; Portuguese is a plus
