From Luxe Talent, International Recruitment and Specialised Training Consultancy, we are looking for a Store Manager to join a multi-brand based in Sheffield.
In our recruitment and training consultancy, we work with various companies in the Luxury, Premium and High Premium sectors across Europe and have offices in Barcelona, Madrid, Paris, Milan, Munich and Amsterdam.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.
- Deliver exceptional customer service with a personalized touch, reflecting the luxury brand’s values.
- Manage and motivate the team to achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Recruit, train, and onboard new team members, ensuring seamless integration into the store’s culture.
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising, ensuring the store reflects the brand’s aesthetic and seasonal directives.
- Monitor and manage stock levels, including deliveries, inventory control, and loss prevention.
- Ensure all policies, procedures, and paperwork are completed accurately and efficiently.
- Drive initiatives to enhance team performance, customer satisfaction, and overall store profitability.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in store management, preferably within a high-end or luxury retail environment.
- A strong track record of delivering outstanding customer service in a premium setting.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage time effectively and work under pressure.
- A passion for fashion and a deep understanding of the luxury retail market.
- Confidence in driving sales, meeting targets, and managing KPIs.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
