At Luxe Talent, an international consulting company specializing in recruitment and training for the fashion, luxury, retail, and FMCG sectors, we are looking for a motivated and experienced Client Advisor to join a brand new team of a luxury accessory brand, based in the heart of London.
Responsibilities:
- Build and nurture a robust client book, ensuring pre-booked clients appointments
- Always uphold the brand’s image and values to the highest standard
- Meet and exceed sales goals by consistently providing an exceptional Client Experience
- Cultivate a collaborative mindset to promote teamwork
- Consistently deliver a premium client experience
- Deliver an excellent product knowledge during the sales ceremony
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of retail experience
- Previous experience in a luxury setting
- Demonstrates an entrepreneurial mindset and a strong ability to mentor others
- Capable of thriving under pressure and handling multiple tasks simultaneously
- Skilled in Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, and Shopify
- Understanding of inventory processes, including visual merchandising and replenishment
The offer:
- Annual gross salary: up to £37,000
