From Luxe Talent, International Recruitment and Specialised Training Consultancy, we are seeking a Head of Sales to drive the growth and development of a global leading brand in the design and production of display solutions for retail stores, with a focus on the Italian market.
Job description
- Define and implement short, medium, and long-term commercial strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Analyze the market to identify new business opportunities, customer segments, and industry trends.
- Coordinate key account management, building strong and lasting relationships.
- Oversee international market expansion, managing partnerships and distribution channels.
- Work closely with the mannequin sales team, product development, marketing, and operations to ensure alignment of objectives and project execution.
- Prepare periodic reports for management, providing detailed performance analyses and proposing corrective strategies if necessary.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of 5+ years in business development, sales, or a related role within the design, construction, and architecture industry.
- Solid understanding of fixtures products and industry dynamics.
- Native-level Italian and fluent English.
- Bachelor’s degree in BA, Product Engineering, or a related field.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and trends.
- Results-oriented with a focus on customer acquisition. Adaptability and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
The offer:
- Annual gross salary: 55K- 70K
- commission.
